FAQ 

How long are the workouts?

Each workout is between 30-40 minutes long from warm-up to cool down. Short enough to fit into your schedule with effective workouts to see results. 

Do I need any equipment?

I recommend having at least one set of dumbbells and a set of resistance bands. These workouts are designed to be done anywhere and can even be done with bodyweight only.

What do your "weekly check-ins" look like?

Weekly check-ins are sent to you every week in the form of a questionnaire. This is your time to connect with me to chat about your gains or losses  from your fitness to your personal life. I love to  know my clients on a personal level so our weekly check-ins allow time for that. You will also have daily access to communicate with me if you have any questions about the daily workouts. All communication will be done through WhatsApp. 

What is your fitness philosophy? 

As a trainer, I believe a one size fits all approach is not the answer. Everyone has different fitness goals and different perceptions of fitness. This is why I design every workout based on your goals and your own definition of fitness.
